The Story behind arie violet
I’m Rita, founder of arie violet Coaching.
For years, I was the assistant. The background support. The person behind the scenes. I became very good at supporting everyone else, quietly putting myself on the sidelines.
Until I realised something:
I am not a supporting character in my own life. I am the main character.
I know what it feels like to be underestimated, overlooked and unheard. To hold back, question yourself and silence your voice.
But I also know that your past does not dictate your future, and the chapter you’re in is not the whole story.
My own journey began when I decided to step out of the shadows, find my voice, challenge my self-limiting beliefs that had kept me small and learn to trust myself.
And that is the heart of arie violet.
arie, inspired by the lion, represents strength, courage, confidence and the power to speak your truth.
violet represents depth, vulnerability, intuition and transformation - the softer side that invites us to look within, feel deeply and allow ourselves to be seen.
